Interrogation of an existing ISA or DSA document to interpret the findings and identify any notable gaps in the assessment. Acceptable & unacceptable building elements. What is missing from the completed document.

Initial Seismic Assessment (ISA)

Undertake an ISA using approved Earthquake Prone Building (EPB) methodology. A 'first look' at the likely building performance and a benchmark for comparison with buildings of similar age and characteristics. An ISA provides an estimate of the likely NBS.
